The Flip Factror Mastermind Group is our 20-week long flagship course designed to get you into finding deals, making offers, and getting your offers accepted.
With our mastermind group, you get the following:
- A 8+ hour full scale online video training academy with all the systems, worksheets, analyzers, and important documents you need to get your business running consistently. It will walk you through step by step exactly how Mike flips 70 deals a year in just 20 hours a week.
- Two 2-hour long group calls every week where you work with Mike personally to answer any questions, analyze possible deals, and assist with any challenges you're currently facing. They are recorded if you can’t make it.
- One infield training every month (Students local to DC, Maryland, and Virginia only) were Mike will walk you through houses to show you how to estimate a deal and make offers quickly, he also teaches how to layout the house so you can sell it quickly and almost any subject the request.
- One 2-hour long intake call where Mike will work with you personally to build your High Profit Flipping Business Plan. You'll discuss the vision for your house flipping business, your strengths, weaknesses, and will build a business plan you will follow over the course of the mastermind to get you where you want to go.
- Access to a private Facebook group where you'll network, brainstorm, and trade deals with Mike and other mastermind students.
Your Instructor
Michael Green is the Founder and CFO (Chief Flipping Officer) of the Flip Factor Academy. He is also the founder of the Flip Factor Mastermind and Business Mastery Group.
Michael's primary focus is helping new inexperienced house flippers create systems to find better deals, find more money to fund those deals, and create awesome relationships with contractors to do the work.
In addition to being a house flipping coach, Michael is also the owner of Quick Cash Homebuyers and has flipped over 1100 houses in the last 10 years.
Michael has hacked the code to efficiently flipping 70 houses a year in 20 hours a week, giving him the freedom to travel and help others.
Michael believes that the best coaches must teach what's working in the trenches from their day-to-day business.
